After breaking out this fall in Hulu’s “The Twisted Tale of Amanda Knox,” actress Anna Van Patten headed to Paris to attend the Balenciaga show. Van Patten starred as Deanna, the sister of Knox, who was played by her real-life sister, “Tell Me Lies” star Grace Van Patten. The two attended the Balenciaga show together.
“It’s a dream we get to experience this together,” Van Patten says of doing fashion week alongside her sister. “She makes everything more fun, and is always such a comfort. I was told it could feel a bit chaotic, so glad she can show me how it’s done.”

While in town, she was sure to make time for her favorite Parisian activity: lingering in a café.
“My favorite thing to do here is sit at a café for many hours, coffee to wine,” she says. “Besides that, going to my favorite vintage stores, museums and restaurants. I plan on eating a lot of sweet treats. My boyfriend is here as well, so it’s exciting to be in the most romantic city with him (and Grace).”
For the Balenciaga show, Van Patten opted for a white minidress with a bow detail at the waist.
“I love the bow. I love how delicate it feels while still being fitted and structured,” she says. “Perfect balance of playful and serious.”
Ahead, the actress will be seen in a yet-to-be-disclosed role in the upcoming season of “Euphoria.”
“It still feels surreal!” she says. “I feel very honored and lucky to be a part of it.”
