Natura Bissé will add an eye cream in mid-February to its Cure line of facial treatments.
The Cure Sheer Eye is an age-fighting moisturizer that also contains pigments to provide a light layer of coverage. Active ingredients include a sirtuin-modulating peptide complex, extracts of water lily and ivy and a caffeine-carnitine complex, the company said.
The eye cream will retail at $115 for a 15-ml. pump bottle. It follows the launch of Cure Sheer Cream moisturizer, which was introduced last February and contains the same iron oxide pigments that are designed for a range of skin tones and reflect light.
Natura Bissé launched the Cure line in 2008 with a detoxifying moisturizer and then added a serum, cleanser, toner and the tinted moisturizer. The products are sold at 163 doors in the U.S., including Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, Barneys New York and 117 independent retailers and spas.
Based in Barcelona, the family-owned business is best known for its Inhibit-Tensolift wrinkle serum and Diamond Extreme moisturizers. Its newest label, NB-Ceutical, is a paraben- and allergen-free collection of treatments and sunscreens intended to be sold at physicians’ offices as well as retailers.
