Sean Moran has joined Cushman & Wakefield as director of the firm’s New York City Retail Brokerage Services Group.
Moran, who previously served as vice president at CBRE, will work alongside Steven Soutendijk, executive managing director, and Alan Schmerzler, vice chairman, as well as the rest of the Retail Services Group in the firm’s 1290 Avenue of the Americas office.
John Santora, vice chairman, president, New York Tri-State Region, described Moran as “tenacious” and embodying “the type of future leader we aim to bring into the fold as we continue to strengthen our global platform.”
Moran has more than a decade of commercial real estate experience, specializing in tenant and landlord representation. In 2010, he was named CBRE’s Manhattan Retail Services Rookie of the Year, and in 2015 he was named one of New York’s “30 Under 30” by the Commercial Observer in 2015.
