GETTING PLASTERED: Manish Arora is taking to the streets during Paris Fashion Week with the launch of a guerrilla poster campaign featuring looks from his fall 2015 collection.
Lensed by Charles Fréger, a French photographer known for his series of portraits of sportsmen, soldiers and students, the Indian designer’s debut campaign features model Debra Shaw as a “modern-day urban warrior,” the brand said. The shoot was styled by Joanna Schlenzka.
“Freger’s characteristic portrait style and idiosyncratic poses perfectly interpret the mythological nature of the collection, whilst Debra Shaw’s arresting, unconventional beauty makes her the perfect heroine of the piece,” it said.
The images will be plastered across Paris during Fashion Week, which runs from Sept. 29 to Oct. 7.
