Wrangler and Filson Dress for the American Frontier

Wrangler and Filson have come together to create a collection that captures the spirit of the American frontier.

The U.S.-based brands share a focus on American heritage design. The men’s styles fuse Filson’s legendary outdoor expertise with Wrangler’s timeless Western denim.

Built for function, fabrics play a large role in the collection. Sherpa fleece, shearling wool, Mackinaw Wool and Filson’s Tin Cloth—a cotton duck canvas that’s saturated with wax under high pressure and heat—are featured alongside Wrangler’s classic cotton slub denim in indigo and black.

Outerwear is a key focus in the collection featuring six jackets, including two styles with sheepskin-shearling collars. The waxed denim Adventure jacket features nostalgic Wrangler chain-stitching on the back. A denim work jacket has a contrasting collar and two large flap pockets on the front—both with Wrangler’s “W” stitching.

The 10-piece collection also includes the Adventure jean and Adventure shirt, a denim button-down style. Offered in double black and indigo/tan colorways, both pieces feature durable washed-wax canvas in high stress areas to prevent tears.

Garments feature branding elements like labels and patches from both brands.

The collection is available now on Wrangler and Filson’s websites as well as Filson’s stores in New York and Seattle. It retails for $180-$750.
