OshKosh B’gosh’s Archive Drop Includes Adult Styles

OshKosh B’gosh is opening the vault for a special occasion.

The Carters Inc.-owned children’s brand is celebrating its 130th anniversary this fall with the Archive Drop, a limited-edition collection of vintage styles for baby, toddler and adult.

The collection is a unique opportunity for the entire family to dress in the heritage label. The last time OshKosh produced adult styles was in 2020 when the brand released a line of unisex overalls.

The Archive collection includes rare items from the 1960s through the 1990s, like adult flight suits, acid-wash denim, and a remake of one of the first infant overalls.

Adult styles include utility jeans, overalls, a 1960s flight jumpsuit and zipper denim jacket from the 1970s. The kids’ line spans a 1970s insulated overall for winter to classic vintage overalls and jeans. An acid wash, pleated jeans and paint-splatter print overalls are some of the nostalgic highlights in the toddler range. Acid wash, logo prints and a footed overall are also part of the baby collection.

Each piece in the Archive Drop is made in the U.S. Details like vintage prints and solid brass finish OshKosh clover hardware —all authenticated by OshKosh’s in-house vintage team—underscore the historical significance of the re-produced styles.

OshKosh fans will also notice the trademark vest back triangular back patch on overalls, made with heavier, chunkier stitches compared to modern streamlined sewing. Woven patches have a dry, papery hand feel, in contrast to the glossier finish of contemporary labels. Additionally, the hickory stripe denim used in the collection has a lighter, smoother weight than modern stiffer fabrications.

The collection is available exclusively online on Carters.com and retails for $48-$150.
