Lucky Brand Debuts Collection with The Rolling Stones

Some of music’s most recognizable graphics are part of Lucky Brand’s new collection.

The Authentic Brands Group-owned denim brand on Tuesday launched a third collaboration with The Rolling Stones. The collection offers denim, knits, graphic T-shirts and accessories with the band’s iconic tongue logo and vintage tour graphics. It arrives ahead of the rock band’s first album release in almost two decades. “Hackney Diamonds” will launch on Oct. 20.

Highlights in the collection include a jean jacket with an Andy Warhol tongue printed on the back, women’s boyfriend flare jeans and utility pants decorated with The Rolling Stones patches and a men’s leather moto jacket with the Union Jack flag on the back.

The line of T-shirts references some of the band’s tours, including the 1981 run across the U.S. and the 1989 Steel Wheels tour. The collection also includes a shawl collar cardigan, overshirts, hoodies, tote bags and pins.

The collection retails for $40-$599 and is available exclusively on Lucky Brand’s website and in select Lucky Brand stores.

To celebrate the launch, Lucky Brand is partnering with two up-and-coming musicians who were inspired by The Rolling Stones: Emmett Sky and Pearl Charles. These artists are featured in Lucky Brand’s digital campaigns showing how “Lucky Brand’s raw optimism is represented through rock n’ roll,” the brand stated.

The Rolling Stones celebrated their 60th anniversary in 2022. Lucky Brand featured the band’s logo and tongue motif in a range of upcycled men’s and women’s denim collection made from deadstock.

Last year The Rolling Stones called for an end to a merchandising deal with Shein after learning of abuse allegations in the fast-fashion brand’s supply chain. The graphic tees, which were given the green light by merchandising services group Bravado International, the owner of The Rolling Stones brand rights, were eventually pulled from Shein’s platform.
