Lee and Alpha Industries Celebrate Their Heritage

Lee and Alpha Industries launched a new global collaboration celebrating the brands’ shared history of workwear apparel and American style.

Alpha Industries’ U.S. military roots and Lee’s denim workwear heritage are evident throughout the eight-piece capsule collection for men and women. The collection reimagines the brands’ signature pieces including Alpha’s renowned MA-1 Bomber Jacket, and Lee’s 60-year-old Lee Rider denim jacket.

“This collaboration represents the unique intersection of military style and denim, a pairing with deep roots in American culture,” said Matthew Pantoja, chief brand officer at Alpha Industries. “Together with Lee, we’re celebrating our shared history as American brands with authentic legacies, telling a story through each piece that resonates with those who value style and durability. This collection brings our heritage forward, crafting timeless designs for today.”

Reversible styles allow the brands to combine codes in unexpected ways. A reversible MA-1 Bomber Jacket has solid dark indigo on one side and indigo stripe on the other. A reversible Rider Jacket is denim on one side and olive green nylon on the other.

The collection also includes a quilted nylon jacket with workwear pockets and denim trim, a lightweight anorak, loose-fitting snow pants, military-inspired pants and a cotton tee. Lightweight ripstop cotton is used for a flight suit based on an original design by Lee founder H.D. Lee and convertible cargo pants that can be converted into shorts.

“The shared history of Lee and Alpha as American brands has created a unique offering that we’re really excited to unveil,” said Joe Broyles, global vice-president of collaborations, Lee. “The craftsmanship and details in each piece show why workwear and military styles continue to command attention in the world of fashion.”

The Alpha x Lee collection is available now at Lee and Alpha owned retail stores and websites in the U.S. and in select Asia markets. It retails for $60-$310.
