Casual footwear brand Crocs has promoted Rupert Campbell to the role of executive vice president and president of the Heydude brand. Since joining Crocs in March as Heydude’s senior vice president and chief commercial officer, Campbell has been responsible for overseeing and executing the brand’s commercial strategy globally. Now as brand president, Campbell will lead all aspects of the brand’s product, marketing and commercial go-to-market strategy.
Moose Knuckles
Canadian luxury outerwear and ready-to-wear brand Moose Knuckles announced the appointments of Ludovico Bruno as global creative director and Raif Adelberg as design director. As global creative director, Bruno will oversee the brand’s complete creative direction, guiding seasonal collections and collaborations as well as campaigns and storytelling. Working closely with Bruno is Adelber, bringing more than two decades of experience bridging craftsmanship with culture and luxury.
Trina Turk
Los Angeles lifestyle label Trina Turk has named Christopher Harlan as chief executive officer. As CEO, Harlan will oversee all aspects of the business to guide the Trina Turk and Mr. Turk brands into the next growth era. He brings over 30 years of experience, most recently serving as Restoration Hardware’s senior vice president of digital leadership, with earlier experience in executive roles at companies such as Abercrombie & Fitch, Gap and Ralph Lauren, among others.

J.Jill
Omnichannel women’s specialty chain retailer J.Jill announced the appointment of Viv Rettke to the novel role of chief growth officer. In this newly-created position, Rettke will be responsible for direct channel performance, working with senior leadership to define and lead a holistic growth strategy aligning the brand with marketing as well as direct and retail sales channels. She will also head J.Jill’s artificial intelligence (AI) initiatives, reporting directly to the company’s president and CEO, Mary Ellen Coyne. Most recently, Rettke served as chief strategy and transformation officer at Cole Haan and, before that, as head of transformation at Reebok. Earlier in her career, she held a series of roles of increasing responsibility at Kraft Heinz.

Texbase
Cloud-based data management platform Texbase announced the appointment of Randy Harward to its advisory board. He brings 20-plus years of experience in leadership across product development, materials research and manufacturing systems. Harward spent much of his career at Patagonia, serving as vice president of advanced research and development, and later became Under Armour’s senior vice president of advanced material and manufacturing innovation. He joins existing members Jenna Flateman Posner and Jack Keating.

Dress for Success has named Barbara Wagner, brand president of Talbots, a long-time national partner of Dress for Success, to its board of directors. Wagner brings a wealth of knowledge, with previous leadership experience at brands such as Duluth Trading Co., Kohl’s, Loft and Banana Republic.
