LVMH
Luxury house LVMH announced the appointment of Pierre-Emmanuel Angeloglou as managing director of the LVMH fashion group. He will report directly to Michael Burke, chairman and CEO of the fashion group. In his new role, Angeloglou will take over the direct responsibility of a portfolio of brands within the division, including Fendi, Marc Jacobs, Stella McCartney, and Off-White.
Brooks Running
Performance brand Brooks Running announced that Jim Weber will step down as chief executive officer after 23 years in the position. Dan Sheridan, who currently serves as president and chief operating officer, will become Brooks’ next CEO, effective April 26. Sheridan will take the helm as a proven Brooks leader, with past leadership roles across many disciplines and a track record for cross-functional success. Joining Brooks in 1998, he was named COO in 2019 and promoted to president and COO in 2022.
Under Armour
Under Armour announced that founder Kevin Plank will return as president and chief executive officer, effective April 1. Plank will succeed Stephanie Linnartz, who will be stepping down as president, CEO and member of the board. In connection with Plank’s appointment, Dr. Mohamed A. El-Erian, an independent director since 2018 and lead director since 2020, will become the non-executive chair of the board. Plank, who will transition from executive chair of the board, will remain a director. Linnartz will remain an advisor to the company through April 30.
Tecovas
Austin-based Western brand Tecovas announced that Christine Day is joining the company as its fifth board member. Day is the co-founder and board member at The House of LR&C and serves as a board member for Kohl’s Corp. Previously, she served as CEO for brands such as Lululemon and Performance Kitchen and had a 20-year executive tenure at Starbucks.
Frame
California-based denim brand Frame has named Thomas Lecoq as chief executive officer of Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, as reported by WWD. Lecoq joins the brand with previous experience at brands like Vince, Marc Jacobs and Giorgio Armani. He last served as Ganni’s global sales director.
Ramy Brook
Contemporary fashion brand Ramy Brook announced the addition of Karla Martin to its advisory board. As a member of the Advisory Board, Martin will provide strategic guidance and insights to support Ramy Brook’s mission of empowering women through fashion-forward designs and a commitment to quality. With 25-plus years of experience advising Fortune 500 brands and retailers, Martin will play an important role in advising on the brand’s strategic initiatives to accelerate its growth. She currently serves as the leader of Deloitte Consulting’s retail, luxury and fashion practice.
Perfect Moment
Luxury lifestyle brand that combines fashion and technical performance Perfect Moment announced Thom Humphris as creative director. Humphris will work closely with Jane Gottschalk, co-founder and chief creative officer of Perfect Moment, to execute and maintain the vision of the brand and oversee the brand’s global growth and expansion into new categories and regions. In his new role, Humphris will fuse his passion for design with his design and product enhancement expertise.

Fashion brand developer Kellwood Apparel announced the appointment of Amy Randall as its chief marketing officer for Democracy Clothing. Randall, a seasoned professional with more than 30 years of experience, has a proven track record of success in marketing, creative, strategy and social impact.

Macy’s
Macy’s announced that Michael Krans has joined the company as its vice president of Macy’s Media Network. In this role, Krans will oversee the company’s in-house media publisher, dedicated to connecting advertising partners with Macy’s and Bloomingdale’s clientele. Krans reports to Max Magni, chief customer and digital officer at Macy’s, Inc. With experience leading sales and marketing teams focused on digital media, e-commerce and publishing, Krans joins Macy’s following his most recent role leading the fashion team at Walmart Connect, where he partnered across the enterprise to drive revenue growth with the company’s apparel suppliers.
Macy’s also announced that Douglas W. Sesler, founder and president of Fair Street Partners, will be nominated to run for election to the company’s board of directors at the 2024 annual shareholders meeting. Sesler is a seasoned real estate industry executive with more than 35 years of experience across real estate advisory, investing and finance. The company also announced that Francis S. Blake, who has served on the board since 2015, will not stand for reelection at the annual meeting, in accordance with the mandatory retirement age of the board’s corporate governance principles.
Foot Locker
Footwear retailer Foot Locker announced that Cindy Carlisle has assumed the role of executive vice president and chief human resources officer. In this role, she will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s global human resources strategy in support of the company’s Lace Up Plan, a transformation designed to drive the organization’s next growth phase. Carlisle joins Foot Locker from Stryker Corporation, where she served as group vice president of human resources. She previously held leadership positions at Roche Group and Johnson & Johnson.

Textiles trade show Milano Unica’s outgoing president, Alessandro Barberis Canonico, passed the baton to his successor, Simone Canclini. Canclini is president of Fondazione del Tessile Italiano and CEO of his same-name company, founded in 1925 in the Como silk district, which specializes in producing luxury fabrics. For Milano Unica, Canclini represents a guarantee of excellence and continuity of an ongoing commitment to the growth of the textiles and accessories market in the premium and luxury segment.
