Marilyn Monroe now joins the ranks of Tiffany & Co., Lacoste and Jay Z with a signature Pantone color palette.
Authentic Brands Group, a global brand development and marketing platform and the steward of the Marilyn Monroe estate, has partnered with color authority Pantone to debut the Marilyn Monroe Collection Palette. The curated range of hues is designed to reflect the essence, complexity and cultural impact of the Hollywood and pop culture icon.
The palette bridges nostalgia with modern creativity with a strong emphasis on traditionally feminine tones.
Pink Pantone 17-1937 TCX Hot Pink is playful and flirtatious hot pink that celebrates the actress’ lighthearted spirit. Pantone 20-0077 TPM Dynasty Pink is a shimmering pink representing Monroe’s role as a globally renowned symbol of femininity. Pantone 14-1324 TCX Peach Bud is a soft peach that complements Monroe’s “luminous complexion.” Pantone 18-1263 TCX High Risk Red is a “powerful, sultry red that captures her bold allure.”
Neutrals include Pantone 19-3911 TCX: Black Beauty and Pantone 11-4202 TCX Star White—colors that evoke timeless elegance and glamour.
Pantone 20-0085 TPM Golden Touch is a glittering gold, symbolizing Monroe’s screen legacy.
“Marilyn Monroe’s timeless appeal lives on through color, with each shade in this palette reflecting a different facet of her iconic style and spirit,” said Laurie Pressman, VP of Pantone Color Institute. “We’re proud to partner with Authentic to bring her legacy to life in a bold, modern way and look forward to seeing how the palette comes to life throughout the year.”
Authentic and Pantone launched the palette in anticipation of Monroe’s centennial in June 2026, providing brands a strategic opportunity to leverage the colors through storytelling, product design, and consumer experiences. Tiffany & Co., Piper Heidsieck, Blancpain and Lele Sadoughi are among the brands planning special products for the milestone.
Authentic will also support the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures’ 2026 celebratory exhibition titled “Marilyn Monroe: Hollywood Icon.”
