Yellow may be the new pink, but Kohl’s is embracing every color of the rainbow this holiday.
For the first time, the retailer has teamed up with Crayola on a limited-edition line “aimed at engaging consumers through color and creativity.”
“Crayola’s collaboration with Kohl’s will capture all the joy and excitement in retail this holiday season. The robust ensemble of merchandise will bring celebrations and traditions to colorful life with unexpected products that will surprise and delight,” Warren Schorr, Crayola’s senior vice president of business development, global licensing and experiences, said. “The Crayola x Kohl’s collection empowers kids and adults alike to express themselves through gift giving in bright colors and kind sentiments—including every shade of happy.”
Spanning various product categories, including fashion apparel and home decor, the collaboration features pajamas for the whole family, fleece hoodies, blanket scarves in Crayola’s signature colors and crayon-inspired pillows.
The Crayola x Kohl’s collection will be available exclusively at the retailer and online beginning Oct. 2. Kohl’s Rewards members can access the collaboration starting Sept. 29.
Crayola has previously partnered with Levi’s for Macy’s “Story” retail concept in 2019 and with Zumba for the “Colors of Kindness” activewear collection this past August. The children’s favorite brand also collaborated with Vans last March on colorful sneakers and apparel.
