Zoë Jordan worked luxurious fabrics with a modern hand in her spring collection, which took its cues from all things nautical. She referenced everything from fisherman’s sweaters to phosphorescence on the ocean’s surface — resulting in a lineup of sleek, utility-influenced designs that were at turns sporty and at others sophisticated.
There were sky-blue dungarees in a fluid silk with breast pockets inspired by fishermen’s smocks, and a white Neoprene minidress featuring an inky, abstract wave print. Elsewhere, rugged knit sweaters — a Jordan signature — were done in shades of white and lilac, with lacing that ran up the arms. Also a highlight were the subtle, sporty details on tailored pieces, such as the stretchy cuffs at both the ankles and sleeves of a navy and black jacquard suit in a pattern inspired by rock pools.
