For spring, Nanette Lepore went on a fantasy trip, inspired by the South of France and California. The show was bright and happy, with vivid colors and a bold border print, all with a relaxed and beachy vibe. Lepore showed tent dresses, scarf border-print swimsuits, striped tops and an embroidered coat. In the finale, Lepore’s daughter, Violet, walked the runway for the first time, wearing an embroidered caftan.
At the end of the show, Lepore and her models danced a number choreographed by her brother and niece — welcome to Club Med, everyone — it felt like we were in the middle of a family vacation.
