In her show notes, Katie Gallagher called her spring outing “fantasm,” a play on “phantasm,” describing “something that exists in perception only.” The result was a “barely there” vibe — shades of nude, flesh tones, white and the lightest gray. Girls in bodysuits and sheer legwear — sans bottoms — set the tone, but fashion-wise, some of the looks also made a bold, conceptual statement. Case in point: some see-through (thin latexlike) numbers, the standout being a belted long-sleeve top and matching midiskirt.
