The Cynthia Rowley girl plays hard and works out hard — or likes to look like she does. So in Rowley’s spring collection, she presented party outfits galore. She upped the fun factor by using silhouettes that referenced the swinging Sixties and Seventies, including cutesy retro trapeze dresses in graphic florals and flared pants with matching tunics. Her athletic-inspired separates had the same sense of exuberance, the standout being a black-and-white, mock-neck wet suit.
