A cool, relaxed attitude was the most eye-catching accessory at Howell’s show, where the designer delivered simple, polished basics with a tomboy spin.
The lineup included linen suits with roomy trousers, and crinkled, cuffed shorts worn with crisp shirts.
Howell also showcased pleated maxiskirts and pencil styles with back pockets, which came paired with lightweight knit tops. Everything was worked in a sophisticated palette of neutrals such as black, white, beige and gray. The only exception: A blue-and-white polka dot pattern for a playful romper.
