Inspired by strong, sexy icons such as Marilyn Monroe and Rita Hayworth, Norisol Ferrari turned out a collection based on real women and their curves. She gave dresses and tailored suits body-skimming shapes, and added dramatic collars (which at times came off a bit heavy-handed). And she highlighted the theme of the show by sending out legendary models Carol Alt, Alva Chinn, Carmen Dell’Orefice and Karen Bjornson, who commanded the runway.
