In her New York debut, Fabiola Arias, who graduated from Parsons in May, showed a promising collection that featured artsy, textured dresses made of cascading appliqués of silk organza, tulle and chiffon, and some more wearable pieces such as a pretty cream blouse with more toned-down ornamentation.
