For resort, Alessandro dell’Acqua reworked the No. 21 staples. The label’s go-to bomber jacket appeared in a luxurious crêpe de chine version embellished with embroideries and macramé lace inserts; its signature macramé lace shirts were decorated with contrasting piping for a pajamalike effect. There was a touch of ath-leisure, too, in cropped black pants with a white side stripe.
The designer also continued to explore a certain Nineties’ underground look shown in his last two collections: layering chic silk maxidresses, worked in a watercolor-like delicate print of birds and flowers, over one-shoulder jersey tank tops and fluid, coordinated pants.
