After several seasons of fluidity, Ports 1961’s Fiona Cibani took a more structured route for pre-fall. An oversize coat with a wide hood was done in bonded wool, cashmere and neoprene; blazers looked dramatic with rounded, sculptural shoulders and nipped-in waists, and T-shirts were cut boxy in leather and python. Cibani said she wanted the bottoms to be simple, allowing the shoulders to be the focus. Mission accomplished.
