Arnaud Faeh and Luke Meier looked to the Serengeti for their second OAMC collection. The duo was fascinated by the concept of survival and protection in this country where humans are far from the top of the food chain. Maasai tartan was used for shirts, T-shirts and blousons, and appeared as perforated motifs on classic grey-check suits all hand finished in Italy. Naturalist safari jackets came in cotton twill, collarless and zippered up the front. The craftsmanship on macs, featuring hand-woven grosgrain on the front, was impressive. This clean and urban line also offers shoes, jewelry and small batches of cotton-based acetate eyewear hand-crafted in Japan.
