Boatneck tops, sailor pants, precise tailoring and loads of denim defined this Juun.J collection — with all of those elements occasionally incorporated into a single outfit. Zippers across the shoulder line of a wool top opened to reveal marine stripes underneath, while a striped version of the same top might shelter denim. Likewise, a denim sailor pant with a zipper under the waistband opened a porthole onto the tailored pinstripes underneath.
While visually arresting, there were more approachable and less layered looks in stiff or washed denim featuring voluminous pants, paired with sharply fitted tailored jackets. In a more punk vein, Juun.J included a couple of denim jackets studded with metallic spikes.
Engineered stripes on sweaters that looked like they were morphed with Photoshop were also visually impressive. For the finale of this accomplished show, models resembled clones parading in their bleached blond wigs and identical white outfits.
