While Xander Zhou admitted he didn’t have a central theme in mind for his fall collection, the London-based Chinese designer knew he wanted to deliver a message of diversity. “I think of the U.S. culture, and how open-minded everything is.” said Zhou.
Diversity came in all forms, from a patchwork coat in goat skin and a brown corduroy suit worn with a silver sequined top, to a black zip-up tracksuit with stripe details on the side.
Other, more wearable options included a beige zip-up cardigan worn with tan trousers and camel coats — long and short — some with a racing checkered pattern emblazoned across the chest.
