After several seasons that centered around a more-athletic-inspired collection, Carlos Campos returned to his tailored roots for fall with traditional suits and outerwear offered up in interesting silhouette shifts.
Overcoats with shawl lapels and elongated double-breasted trenches drove the point home and also succeeded in bringing eveningwear references to the forefront. The entire collection was in shades of blue, Campos’s favorite color.
His return to classics resulted in a very focused effort that should pay off.
