The designer took classic silhouettes and added eye-catching flourishes — exposed, fringed seams; thick ribbons on coat cuffs; and lots of geometric pattern. One navy coat with a square, sailor-like collar had exposed fringed seams and panels — made from shredded fabric — while a short, midnight blue jacket had similar contrast fringing in black. Leather or fabric jackets were inset with contrasting panels in sharp geometric shapes such as zigzags or lightning bolts, while a chain link pattern wound its way through the knitwear. Some fringing was inspired by sharp-edged pixel shapes and came as small, flapping plastic squares on the edges of scarves, or as adornment on the vests that opened the show.
