For his fall collection, Pascal Millet took his cue from his vision of the quintessentially Parisian woman.
The silhouettes in general were less breezy than last season, with a more grown-up vibe. Particularly eye-catching were the streamlined styles, such as the gray paneled long-sleeved, A-line dress with asymmetric cutouts. Other standouts were the black jumpsuit with crisscross collar and the dark-gray dress with ruched top and pleated skirt.
Sometimes a cacophony ensued from too much busyness — take the red-and-blue silk patterned dress cinched with a wide brown belt and darker brown jacket, which obscured the designer’s deft hand.
