“She’s a nomadic gypsy,” Ulla Johnson said as she described her girl this season. The designer presented a tight lineup of luxe bohemian looks that included embroidered tunics, patchwork denim pants, macramé dresses and handloomed capes. Johnson continued to grow her shoe collection — most notable were the studded boots— and she also introduced her first bag, a chic tote with hand-macramé handles and fringe tassels. But what really stood out for fall was her playful outerwear, especially the sheepskin jackets dyed in pretty colors.
