Crown Affair is adding to its portfolio of ritual-driven hair products with its largest clip to date.
The hair care brand, founded by Dianna Cohen in 2020, has teamed up with luxury jewelry designer Jennifer Fisher to debut The Big Clip, $67. Available starting Tuesday, the codesigned accessory, made to perfect the art of the updo, fuses the style and polish of both brands in one handcrafted, black and white marble print. And just like the original Crown Affair clip, which is about a third of the size, the new tool is compatible with all hair types.
“Hair, to me, is one of our most powerful accessories, so this collaboration felt like a natural extension of both of our worlds. I couldn’t be more excited, and I know our community — especially those who’ve been asking for a bigger clip — is going to love this partnership as much as we do,” Cohen told WWD.

Crown Affair has been feeding consumer hair cravings since its inception six years ago, from its viral Refillable Dry Shampoo to its Overnight Repair Serum, which exceeded launch week goals by triple-digit margins when it launched in August. The ability to create breakthrough innovation is enabling Crown Affair to perform well above the competition, tripling its year-over-year business in Sephora’s brick-and-mortar locations.
In November, the brand was recognized as Innovator of the Year at WWD’s Beauty Inc Awards alongside other big names, including Kourtney Kardashian’s Lemme, Medicube, Pat McGrath, Rare Beauty and more. Here, Cohen chronicled the growth of the brand and teased the future. Though she didn’t mention it at the time, this collaboration is just the start of what’s to come in 2026.
As for why the jewelry brand was the right partner to take its cult-favorite clip to the next level, Cohen said, “We share a deep belief in creating objects with meaning, and designing this clip together (our largest clip to date!) felt incredibly aligned.”
Cate Wolfen, brand marketing director, added, “This clip celebrates hair care and jewelry as methods of self expression, embodying our broader belief in partnering with brands and founders we deeply respect to create thoughtfully designed objects that beautifully translate across our daily rituals.”
For Fisher and her brand, this was a collaboration written in the stars. She said, “I have been a longtime fan of Crown Affair and of Dianna personally and have been using her products since the very beginning of the brand. I admire both her personal style and the way she approaches hair care. When we met, the idea to collaborate came together so organically, and the hair clip felt like the right product at the right moment.”
