Venus was joined by her younger sister, Serena, who served as host for the evening’s award show. The 23-time Grand Slam champion wore a similar look, fashioning a double-breasted black blazer with a striking large feather detail with sparkling elements. Earlier in the evening, Serena wore a gown by Armani Privé on the red carpet.
The two sisters were also joined by “Abbott Elementary” creator Quinta Brunson, who wore a sleeveless gown with sheer elements courtesy of Silvia Tcherass’ fall 2024 collection. The blue gown also featured shimmering details.
Both Williams sisters have been style icons on and off the tennis court for decades. Last June, Venus curated The Carousel @Bloomingdale’s: Game On, in partnership with Air France.
As a longtime admirer of the brand, I am very excited to have my own exclusive Aqua collection at Bloomingdale’s,” Williams said. “This collection is a special opportunity to draw inspiration from my personal style and create chic pieces that can empower women to feel great and look great for any occasion.”
