Mark Zuckerberg’s wife Priscilla Chan joined her husband for the 11th Breakthrough Prize on Saturday in Santa Monica. The event celebrated new advancements and discoveries in science and featured the likes of such high-profile figures as Christina Aguilera, Lauren Sánchez and more on the red carpet.
For the occasion, Chan opted for her take on suited attire with a throwback to early aughts trends. The philanthropist wore a white shirt with an oversized black blazer, featuring long sleeves that extended far past her hands.

Chan also added a voluminous skirt with a tulip silhouette and a bubble hem. Chan paired her attire with a pair of off-white pointed toe wedge heels. She also carried a small black bag and accessorized with a necklace.
As for her glam, Chan’s hair was pulled back into a tight chignon. Her makeup featured a clean, natural aesthetic and she added a pop of color with a red lip, offering a juxtaposition from her black and white color blocked palette.
Chan attended the event alongside her husband of more than 10 years, Mark Zuckerberg. The Meta founder opted for monochromatic attire, wearing an all-black suit complete with button-down shirt, trousers and a single-breasted blazer with sinuous lapels. He also wore sunglasses on the red carpet.
Chan and Zuckerberg were joined by several famous guests, ranging from philanthropists and tech moguls to celebrities like Paris Hilton, Alicia Keys and more.
The 11th annual Breakthrough Prize ceremony, often called the “Oscars of Science,” celebrated the groundbreaking achievements of the world’s leading scientists and mathematicians, with more than $15 million in prizes awarded annually.
Each prize, valued at $3 million, is presented in the fields of Life Sciences, Fundamental Physics and Mathematics. The list of celebrity guests included Drew Barrymore, Jessica Chastain, Lily Collins, Lizzo, Gwyneth Paltrow, Zoe Saldaña and more.
