Nicky Hilton Rothschild shimmered in a flouncy Annie’s Ibiza minidress for a show at Spencer House during London Fashion Week on Thursday.
Hilton Rothschild styled the brand‘s Moonshine minidress with a coordinated cape. Inspired by a trip brand founder Annie Doble took through Ibiza, set to the tune of Daniel Norgren’s “Moonshine,” the minidress is designed in moss green silk chiffon.
Crafted with a plunging V-shaped neckline, the minidress featured a heavily embellished bodice adorned with two-cut beads and strewn with crystals in pink, green, blue and gold tones. The ornate design of the bodice was contrasted with a delicate ruffled skirt, featuring a floaty hem and intricate hand-beaded detailing inspired by the shapes of coral.

Adding further dimension to the overall look, Hilton Rothschild added the Annie’s Ibiza Moonshine Cape to the minidress. Also crafted in silk chiffon, the cape included intricate hand-beaded details with crystals in the same shades of frangible pinks, greens and blues.
Founded by Doble in 2018, the designer takes inspiration from glamorous vintage pieces with contemporary elements, yielding a timeless quality. Over the course of the last several years, the brand has only grown, debuting new collections at London Fashion Week and broadening its availability to consumers.
In October 2025, Doble opened her first U.S. store in New York City’s trendy SoHo neighborhood at 110 Mercer Street. The British cult brand already boasts stores in Ibiza’s historic Castle D’alt Vila and London’s Carnaby Street.
“To bring a part of our magic world to New York feels as though we are unfolding a new special moment at Annie’s. The shop floor is where I’m happiest in the heart of everything, with our customers. Being able to share that magic and the joy of discovery you find at Annie’s with our New York community fills me with gratitude. In many ways, this opening is a homecoming to the city where my life in fashion first began,” Doble said.
Doble debuted her latest collection on Thursday night.
