Lady Gaga styled two distinct looks from the runways of Paris Fashion Week at the 2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards on Monday in Los Angeles. She was honored with the Innovator Award for her groundbreaking contributions to music, film and activism.
Gaga was seen in two looks courtesy of McQueen and Stella McCartney‘s respective fall 2025 ready-to-wear collections, both of which debuted during Paris Fashion Week in March.
She accepted the Innovator Award in a look from McQueen’s fall 2025 ready-to-wear collection, which featured a flowing maxidress in a burst of red with frilly cuffs and neckline embellishment evocative of Victorian style.

Also during the awards show, Gaga wore a dress from Stella McCartney’s fall 2025 ready-to-wear collection. The long-sleeve black minidress featured bold, rounded shoulders, long sleeves and sheer and lace detailing on the skirt and bodice.
Gaga was styled by duo Nick Royal and Peri Rosenzweig.
The singer is currently promoting her new album, “Mayhem.” On March 9, Gaga doubled as host and musical guest for “Saturday Night Live,” wearing different outfits throughout the night. While performing her new single on “Abracadabra,” Gaga donned a red jumpsuit with exaggerated fringe-trimmed hips and a matching sculptural hat by Luar. Later, she wore a custom purple suit courtesy of Robert Wun while performing “Killah.”
In February, Gaga performed a surprise tribute at the 2025 Super Bowl, wearing a white dress by Er’Ron. She was also seen enjoying the game in a Maison Margiela black dress.
For the “Abracadabra” video, released during the Grammy Awards 2025 on Feb. 7, Gaga wore pieces designed by Seth Pratt and Samuel Lewis, including a white cape inspired by Alexander McQueen‘s Givenchy fall 1998 collection.
The 2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards took place on Monday at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles. The event celebrated the most-played artists and songs on iHeartRadio platforms during 2024. Hosted by LL Cool J, the event was broadcast live on Fox, featuring performances from top artists such as Bad Bunny, Billie Eilish, GloRilla and Gracie Abrams. Honorees included Lady Gaga, Mariah Carey, Taylor Swift, Nelly and Gracie Abrams.
