Mariah Carey styled a dramatic gown worthy of her special moment at the 2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards on Monday in Los Angeles. She was honored with the Icon Award, celebrating her influential career as a singer, songwriter and producer.

The “Fantasy” singer styled a custom gown courtesy of Mariana Romanova. The black dress featured a fitted silhouette with contrasting fabric elements on the bodice, featuring shimmering details. The sleeves of the gown were designed with a structural element, as well. Sheer fabric was molded with a sinuous style to frame Carey’s shoulders.
As for her accessories, Carey wore a bevy of glittering jewelry pieces — a pair of earrings from Etho Maria, a necklace by Harry Kotlar and a bracelet courtesy of Akillis.

Hosted by LL Cool J, the event was broadcast live on Fox, featuring performances from top artists such as Bad Bunny, Billie Eilish, GloRilla and Gracie Abrams. Honorees included Lady Gaga, Mariah Carey, Taylor Swift, Nelly and Gracie Abrams.
