In Netflix’s blockbuster hit “KPop Demon Hunters,” the wardrobes of fictional pop stars Rumi, Zoey and Mira are vibrantly colorful, with elements from both cyberpunk and kidscore. In real life, Ejae, Rei Ami and Audrey Nuna, the singing voices behind the movie’s fictional group Huntrix, are elevating their characters’ fashion giving them a Y2K, gothic-inspired treatment.
While always coordinating their outfits when promoting the movie, Ejae, Rei Ami and Audrey Nuna work with different stylists. The trio often go all black when performing, as seen on Oct. 5, during their surprise appearance on “Saturday Night Live.”
Their latest fashion moment happened on Tuesday, during “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.” Ejae, the lead singer of the group and coproducer of many songs from the movie, including the blockbuster hit “Golden,” wore two looks styled by Kate Li. For the interview part of the show, the singer wore a pinstriped suit by Mugler. Her jacket featured side lace-up details, while her pants had piercing-like details.

Styled by Ayumi Perry, Ami brought K-pop streetwear to the talk show, wearing a sculptural red Duran Lantink jacket, paired with a voluminous black miniskirt and dramatic Rombaut boots.
Onstage, she changed into an outfit custom-made by Mary Witch and Yeha Leung, featuring a corset with a caged structure and a crystal-embellished bra. For shoes, Ami performed in Thom Solo boots.
Nuna, who works with stylist Sophie Yoon, was dressed in a black and white dress outfit, featuring a billowy, dramatic skirt and a leather top, which were paired with pink ribbon boots by South Korean brand Ssimeez. While singing on the show, she wore a top by Shawna Wu with shoes by Kashiko.
The influence of the movie in their outfits was made it clear by Nuna on Sept. 7, when the singers attended the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards.
Nuna wore a statement puffer coat that paid homage to her character’s Mira, who wears a black sleeping bag on a Met Gala-like red carpet in the movie. Her look was created by Yujink Kmmy Studio.
Ami coordinated with pieces by Seks Dolls, Diesel and Vivienne Westwood, while Ejae wore an outfit from KWK by Kaykwok.
