Jenna Ortega‘s promotional tour for the second season of “Wednesday” resumed on Sunday with a FYC event in Los Angeles, where the actress gave her goth styling a punk rock edge in a look designed by Ann Demeulemeester.
Styled by frequent collaborator Enrique Melendez, Ortega wore a look from the Belgian fashion designer’s fall 2025 collection. The ensemble consisted of wide-leg trousers with a coordinated fitted vest. Both the vest and trousers featured a dark gray color palette with lighter, muted pinstripes.
Beneath the vest, Ortega went casual and relaxed, wearing a cotton, long-sleeve top. Ortega went minimal with her accessories, save for a silver cross necklace. The actress’ glam featured hair with soft waves by stylist Dom Forletta, with Goth-inspired glam from artist Mélanie Inglessis.

Curated by creative director Stefano Gallici, Ann Demeulemeester’s fall 2025 collection featured an air of youth and rebellion, as described in Sandra Salibian’s WWD review. “The youthful, rebellious characters that walked his compelling show exuded a free-spirited, rock attitude and Western nods in their lived in-like outfits that infused new energy in the brand’s dark romantic aesthetic,” Salibian wrote.
Appointed as creative director in 2023, Gallici’s fall 2025 collection included such highlights as “thick leather and shearling biker jackets and trenchcoats with a rusty, worn-out patina and disheveled feel were layered over ruffled shirts, lingerie-inspired satin and lace separates or juxtaposed with the shiny, billowing textures of a dress and robe printed with Gallici’s handwriting.”
A member of the Antwerp Six, Ann Demeulemeester founded her eponymous label in 1985. Demeulemeester often turned to photographers and musicians, like Patti Smith, for the inspiration behind her pieces, eschewing trends for an evolving design code. With Gallici’s creative director appointment in 2023, Ann Demeulemeester entered a new era inspired by an aesthetic punk rock sensibility while retaining Demeulemeester’s persisting vision.
“I’m in touch with Ann weekly,” Gallici told WWD in March 2024. “As much as she’s no longer involved in the company, she remains my unfiltered counselor.”
Throughout this season’s “Wednesday” promotional tour, Ortega has favored several designs akin to aesthetic dark glamour or Gothic trends. Among her most notable looks, the Dior Makeup ambassador wore a custom distressed draped T-shirt GapStudio gown designed by Gap Inc.’s executive vice president and creative director Zac Posen to the “Wednesday” season two Graveyard Gala in New York City in August.
