Hailey Bieber embraced provocative styling in a Saint Laurent strapless leather dress for the WSJ. Magazine 2025 Innovator Awards in New York City on Wednesday night.
The Rhode Beauty founder turned to creative director Anthony Vaccarello‘s latest curation for the French luxury fashion house, styling a look from the spring 2026 collection. The strapless leather dress featured details similar to those of a classic leather jacket — complete with metallic silver zipper detailing, flap pockets and more.

Vaccarello’s design elevated that inspiration, creating a dress with a knee-length hemline and a belted waist for added silhouette definition. Bieber accentuated the look with sheer black tights and added color contrast with a pair of white, pointed-toe, slingback pumps.

As for jewelry, Bieber took a minimalist approach and further contrasted her overall look by wearing a pair of delicate drop pearl earrings. The model’s glam featured a serene makeup look with her hair pulled back into a tight chignon in a slicked style, a nod to one of the season’s leading hair trends.
Vaccarello’s spring 2026 ready-to-wear collection for Saint Laurent debuted during Paris Fashion Week in September. The collection marked Vaccarello’s 30th show since joining the French luxury fashion house in 2016.
The show “pulsed with the essence of Saint Laurent,” Miles Socha wrote in WWD’s review of the collection, adding the maison “has always stood for provocative femininity, here expressed by a gang of leather-clad female Mapplethorpes weaving through the hedges, a troupe of sleek Robert Palmer girls nearly naked under their filmy trenchcoats, and finally, a gaggle of duchesses in distress, racing by in ruffled, puff-sleeved gowns.”
Bieber has a close relationship with Vaccarello and Saint Laurent. The model has worn several of the creative director’s designs for the French luxury fashion house, and also starred in campaigns for the maison. In August, Bieber appeared in the fall 2025 campaign alongside Rosé and Bill Skarsgård.
Held at New York City’s Museum of Modern Art, the WSJ. Magazine 2025 Innovator Awards celebrated creatives and leaders in the fashion, beauty and entertainment industries, respectively. Bieber accepted the 2025 Beauty Innovator prize, thanks to her beauty brand Rhode.
