Miss USA Noelia Voigt is one of the 86 contestants from across the globe who will dispute the title of Miss Universe 2023 on Sunday. The 72nd edition of the pageant will be held in El Salvador, where current Miss Universe R’Bonney Gabriel will crown her successor.
