G-Dragon of K-pop group BigBang has debuted his latest fashion project. The singer attended the grand opening of Jacob & Co‘s first store in Seoul on Feb. 24, where he debuted a timepiece created in partnership with the luxury watch brand: the Astronomia Solar G-Dragon.
Retailing for $1 million, the timepiece features a turquoise rotating Earth wrapped in a rose gold dragon. In addition, a daisy-shaped dial is missing a petal, representing Dragon’s Peaceminusone brand. The design, as much jewelry as a timepiece, is invisibly set with 193 baguette-cut white diamonds and 152 rainbow-colored sapphires.
There were also four Jacob-cut, 288-facet diamonds in orange, white, pink and green. The back of the case is engraved with “The World Is Mine” and “Ubermensch” — the latter is the name of the performer’s latest album.
