The Clooney Foundation for Justice’s 2025 Albies was held on Friday in London, featuring high-profile figures from George Clooney and Amal Clooney, to Gayle King and more.
The arrival carpet for the annual soiree included a bevy of formal designer pieces from the likes of Norma Kamali to Atelier Versace. The latter served as a sponsor for the event, along with Microsoft and Charlotte Tilbury. Ahead, WWD breaks down some of the designer looks from the night.
Amal Clooney
Amal Clooney nodded to sponsor Versace in an Atelier design from the Italian luxury fashion house. The chocolate-toned gown featured off-the-shoulder straps with a fitted bodice and feminine silhouette. The flowing dress was complete with a long train and subtle fabric draping as well. George Clooney opted for a classic tuxedo.

Michaela Jaé Rodriguez
Michaela Jaé Rodriguez wore an ornately designed piece with elements of suited styling from Georges Chakra’s fall 2025 couture collection. The black and white gown featured a sheer bodice with long sleeves in white and a collar with a skinny black tie. The dress included touches of florals throughout, including on the asymmetrical bodice and long train.
Shailene Woodley

Gayle King also opted for gold shimmer with a Norma Kamali gown. Her long-sleeved dress featured a fitted silhouette with a bias cut on the skirt, which flowed slightly for added movement, contrasting with the cinched bodice. Along the soft, brown fabric were glittering, gold-embellished pieces throughout.
Felicity Jones
Felicity Jones went modern with her Tamara Ralph fall 2025 couture dress. The Oscar-nominated actress wore a fitted black dress with exaggerated, off-the-shoulder straps that levitated above Jones’ shoulders. The gown included a plunging V-shaped neckline.
Hannah Waddingham
Hannah Waddingham wore a dress from Pamela Roland’s spring 2025 ready-to-wear collection. The midi dress featured a champagne gold tone with sequins and tulle throughout. The design included a sweetheart neckline and a dramatic cape. Her look was curated by stylist James Yardley, along with makeup by Sophie Scarlett Roberts and hair by James Rowe.
The Clooney Foundation for Justice’s 2025 Albies spotlighted figures and their commitment to justice and human rights. 2025 honorees included Fatou Baldeh, Jose Rubén Zamora, Marty Baron, Melina French Gates and Lifetime Achievement in Pursuit of Justice Award recipient Darren Walker.
