Christie Brinkley made the case for monochrome dressing on Wednesday at the Fragrance Foundation Awards in New York.
The supermodel sported an off-the-shoulder Solace London gown, which included a wide white belt that wrapped into a statement-making bustle. She added on diamond and ruby drop earrings, completing her glamorous ensemble with satin Saint Laurent pumps featuring crystallized toes and a bedazzled clutch.

Last week, the Sports Illustrated cover girl appeared on “Today” to discuss her new clothing line, TwrHll. Its name derives from Tower Hill, the name of Brinkley’s Hamptons estate.
For her appearance on the morning show, Brinkley opted for a navy button-up shirtdress from her own label, pairing it with neon patent leather slingbacks and a woven tote.
Brinkley spoke with hosts Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager about how to channel Hamptons style.
“I think it’s when your outfit looks just as good with a pair of tennis shoes or espadrilles or bare feet,” she explained. “It’s got that kind of casual softness to it. Comfort is very important.”
Earlier on the program, Brinkley, who recently turned 70, discussed aging in the spotlight. “There’s nothing to fear, it really is an amazing time,” she said. “You kind of don’t really care what other people think about you. You just have fun.”
