Named Chiaroscuro (Italian for light and dark), the board game also facilitates the creation of endless aesthetic patterns through the alternation of tones and geometries.

Allegra Hicks
Italian-born artist Allegra Hicks made waves with the debut of her “Metamorphosis” exhibition at Nilufar gallery on Viale Lancetti during Milan Design Week in April. With it, she demonstrated that the simple art of crochet is indeed a noble one.

Milan-based Canadian writer Laura May Todd’s “Italian Interiors: Rooms with a View” was released by Phaidon last fall.
