While many of Timberland’s recent releases of note have been special-edition men’s styles of its Premium 6-Inch Waterproof Boot, the VF Corp. owned-and-operated outdoor brand just launched a new drop of its “Emerald Woods” collection which spans numerous heights and genders.
Highlights from the latest Emerald Woods collection include a black full-grain leather variation of the Timberland Waterproof Super Boot, which are also affectionately known as 40 Below Boots. After being released in a dark green full-grain leather look with a woven leather heel collar, the latest Super Boot style goes stealth with a full black leather upper, black suede collar and a gray Vibram sole. The 8-inch variation of the boot also includes a metal Timberland logo badge near the heel and retails for $280.

For those who were fans of the Bottega Veneta-esque woven looks, there’s a new Premium 6-Inch Waterproof Boot in a matching full-grain black leather build. This style uses a smoother, glossy leather with a debossed Timberland tree logo, silver hardware and a woven leather collar. It’s worth noting that the pair is not designated as an Emerald Woods style on Timberland’s e-commerce store, but social media posts from the brand confirm the pair is part of the latest drop. The style is priced at $210.
Timberland also made sure not to leave out a new women’s exclusive, which materializes in the form of the Emerald Woods 6-Inch Stone Street Platform Boot. This pair mimics the look of the aforementioned men’s woven style, but adds leather shoelaces and a stacked platform sole. It’s worth noting that the women’s platform style features 200 grams of PrimaLoft insulation, half the amount in the men’s variation. This women’s exclusive comes a lower retail price of $160.
Each of the Timberland Emerald Woods styles highlighted here are available now from timberland.com and will see staggered availability from select Timberland retailers in the coming weeks.
