Following the launch of the Flight Court this year, Jordan Brand is set to introduce yet another lifestyle sneaker with notes of retro skate models and an approachable price tag.
The Jordan Session appears ready for a skate sesh, with its sole unit, heel paneling and thick laces invoking skateboarding shoes from the late ’90s and early ’00s. Padding on the quarter points to the heel while cascading like waves, and the bulk of the upper is rendered in suede. Jordan Brand is kept to a minimum, as a Jumpman is debossed onto one of the heel’s mirrored oblong leather panels and “Flight” script appears on the insole.
But perhaps the best news of all is the Session’s price, which is set at just $90.

Two monochromatic colorways for the Session have released thus far, one in black with a gum outsole and white laces and another in tonal white with black laces. The latter edition also gets a pop of color through its red insole, and it’s a safe bet that more variants will make their way out soon.
In addition to the Flight Court and Session, Jordan Brand has been launching more models that are more affordable than its core stable of Air Jordans. The Air Jordan 4 RM, short for “Restomod,” has been a hit at $150, down from the regular Air Jordan 4‘s price of $215, and a similar ethos will come with the Air Jordan 7 RM later this year at a yet-to-be-revealed price point.
The Jordan Session hasn’t been confirmed with a firm release date but is expected to drop soon, likely through the Nike website and select third-party retailers. Pricing is set at $90.
