Susan Lucci added a classic Christian Louboutin silhouette to a winter sidewalk look in New York City on Tuesday, wearing the brand’s Iriza 100mm pumps in patent beige with a full-length plush pink coat.
The Iriza pumps featured a sharply pointed toe and a slim 100mm stiletto heel. Cut in the style’s signature half d’Orsay shape, the shoes left the inner side of the foot open while the outer side stayed fully covered. The upper came in glossy beige patent leather, with a low-cut vamp that showed the top of the foot and Louboutin’s red sole visible from the back.

The “All My Children” star’s coat brought texture and color around the neutral pumps. The piece fell to her ankles in a soft, pale pink fabric with a nubby, plush surface and a structured collar.
The Iriza has been a recurring shoe choice across celebrity wardrobes, thanks to its pared-back profile and sharply arched lines. In September 2025, Margot Robbie wore the same silhouette in blush beige patent calf leather during a London photo call for “A Big Bold Beautiful Journey,” matching the pumps to a neutral Mugler look and recreating the arched-foot moment that first drew attention in the “Barbie” trailer.

That same month, Brooks Nader wore nude patent Iriza pumps for an appearance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” in Los Angeles. Her pair showed the same asymmetric inner cutout, pointed toe and slim heel, and arrived after a stretch of metallic Aquazzura sandals, Saint Laurent mules and peep-toe pumps during her “Love Thy Nader” press push.
Of course, the Iriza is far from the only popular Louboutin pump. In fact, many stars have opted for the Miss Z pumps, which are reportedly inspired by Zendaya.
