Kathryn Newton has been making waves in New York City this week while promoting her latest film, “Ready or Not 2: Here I Come,” which officially hits theaters Friday. For the press circuit, the actress has stepped out in a flurry of luxe looks, her latest featuring Jimmy Choo’s Scarlett pumps.
Strolling through the East Village on Wednesday, Newton was pictured wearing the white iteration. A key silhouette for fall 2025, the Scarlett pumps drew inspiration from an archival style, updated with a corset-like detail on the upper. Nodding to the reference, the pair features delicate lace-up ties over the toes, finished with a tiny bow. The heels are further defined by Jimmy Choo’s drop heel, a sculptural design inspired by a drop of liquid captured in motion, along with a sharp, pointy toe. Retailing for $1,095, the Scarlett pumps are also available in black.
Newton offset the ladylike shoes with oversize silhouettes, including Sportmax’s slouchy black cotton bomber jacket and a long coordinating skirt. She stuck to a neutral color palette throughout the rest of her accessories, finishing with a white Osoi mini bag and a pair of black pilot-style sunglasses from Etro. Her signature platinum blond hair was styled in a bouncy blowout, complemented by soft, glowy makeup.

Earlier in the day, Newton made an appearance on “Good Morning America” in black suede pumps from Rodo, a luxury Italian fashion brand. She paired the heels with a black-and-white lace minidress from Carolina Herrera’s spring 2026 collection, along with a black Brandon Blackwood bag.
In “Ready or Not 2: Here I Come,” Newton portrays Faith MacCaullay, the estranged younger sister of Grace (played by Samara Weaving). The horror-comedy film also stars Sarah Michelle Gellar as Ursula, alongside Elijah Wood and Shawn Hatosy.
