Middleton’s latest footwear moment marks the arrival of the fall footwear season. Suede flats and loafers are a popular choice for keeping the feet cozy during the chillier months, providing an alternative to sandals and open-toe shoes that carry women through the summer, while serving as an in-between shoe pick before the winter boot season kicks in.

The shoes are similar to Pretty Ballerinas’ Ella loafers and are made from soft, tan suede with tassels, a rubber sole, a leather insole and a textile lining. A kiltie fringed flap is attached to the front of the shoe, and at the top of it sits a silver rectangle buckle.
