Kate Beckinsale is a fan of tall shoes, and she proved that yet again while out and about in Los Angeles on Monday wearing a towering pair of edgy boots.
The actress, who appeared on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” on Monday (in a different ensemble), embraced a punk energy with a black boot style featuring an unusually high platform base which might scare most people away. It was a combat-boot style with laces up the knee-high shaft, and things got edgier with buckled straps across the shaft. To take things further, the buckles were embellished with spikes, emphasizing the Goth aesthetic of the set.

High heels are a familiar realm of footwear for Beckinsale. At Variety’s Power of Women event in 2024, for example, she showcased a pair of pink platform sandals with a towering heel and floral embellishment on the front toe strap, which she put on to complement a spring 2024 Christian Siriano dress.
