Jordyn Woods Brings Crystal Drama to Jared Jewelers’ Premiere in Amina Muaddi Slingbacks

The Begum’s signature brooch set off Woods’ sheer white gown at The Frick Collection, where she appeared with Karl-Anthony Towns.

Jordyn Woods leaned into crystal embellishment on Tuesday night in New York, arriving at Jared Jewelers’ “A Diamond Is Born” film premiere at The Frick Collection in an ethereal white look punctuated by Amina Muaddi slingbacks.

Her pair was the Begum 95mm slingback heel in white. The satin silhouette featured Muaddi’s signature pointed toe, topped with the brand’s sunburst crystal brooch. A narrow strap wrapped around the heel, balancing on Muaddi’s trademark flared stiletto. The Italian-made style retails for $1,215 at department stores and remains one of the designer’s most recognizable shapes.

The shoe anchored Woods’ monochromatic look, which centered on a sheer white long-sleeve gown layered over a strapless corset bodice. She carried a silver croc-embossed Dior Lady bag and finished the ensemble with drop earrings. Beside her, boyfriend Karl-Anthony Towns wore a black coat layered over a white T-shirt and subtly pinstriped charcoal trousers, grounded with black leather dress shoes.

The outing follows Woods’ recent footwear moves of her own. Earlier this month, she expanded her Woods by Jordyn line with an inclusive shoe collection featuring size runs up to 13 and calf-conscious boot silhouettes. “The girls want to be cute, too,” she told FN, a WWD sister publication, at launch. “We want to be fashion-forward and have things for us. So that was my huge motivation.”

Amina Muaddi has become one of the decade’s most influential shoe names, worn on stage by Beyoncé and on carpets by Rihanna and Dua Lipa. In July, the brand opened its first stand-alone boutique on Avenue Montaigne in Paris, timed to couture week. “Having a store means having a home, both for our customers and the brand,” Muaddi said at the opening. The location debuted with a capsule collection of six shoes and the crystal-embroidered Ami clutch, underscoring the label’s global expansion since its 2018 debut.

For Woods, the night continued a white theme: she appeared at Luar’s spring 2026 runway show just one day earlier with bleached brows and a white beauty look. Paired with Muaddi’s crystal slingbacks, her latest appearance showed how she is balancing her own footwear ambitions with the designer names already in rotation.
