After months of wearing towering platform shoes and boots while promoting “Wednesday,” Jenna Ortega went back to basics in Christian Louboutin So Kate pumps for the Christian Dior spring 2026 show on Wednesday during Paris Fashion Week.
The actress is no stranger to a tall heel, and while the So Kate pumps might be a challenging shoe to walk in for most, Ortega floated down the stairs outside of the show, showing off the patent leather heel style.

The So Kate pump is one of Christian Louboutin‘s signature heels and a timeless option that has gained a cult-like following. While they were inspired by Kate Moss, they were made popular to a wider audience thanks to other celebrity fans like Zendaya and more.
While they come in an array of colors and textures, the pair that Ortega opted for are made from all-black patent calfskin and features a sculpted upper that extends its lines to the bold cut at the vamp. It sits atop a slender 120mm heel for an added boost that also elongates the leg.
The pop of red graces the bottom of the heel, as with every Christian Louboutin creation, making the pointed-toe pumps stand out. The heels retail for $845 on the luxury footwear brand’s website, and are also available in beige.
The shoes are usually paired with gowns or suits, but Ortega and stylist Enrique Melendez added a youthful edge to the heel with a micro mini denim skirt. The light-wash skirt was frayed at the hem, and she paired it with a black, sleeveless vest with a high, stand-up collar and a military-inspired button design on the front. She decorated the ensemble with jewelry from Tacori, wearing a variety of rings and bracelets from the brand.
Other celebrities like Anya Taylor-Joy, Brigitte Macron, Carla Bruni, Charlize Theron, Rosalia, Willow Smith, Johnny Depp and more arrived at the show to support Jonathan Anderson as he unveiled his first Dior womenswear collection as the brand’s new creative director.
